Input

This tool is intentionally simple. It is the non-technical starting point. In a real pilot, the same structure gets fed by Outlook, sheets, Slack, and CRM data so the operator is not retyping context by hand. If the live install does not write back cleanly on the first run, the install failed, not the operator.
